    1.Rename the file HCMSYS9 in C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\oradata to HCMSYS9_old.

    2.Copy the Src and cblbinu folder from external source to PT8.49.
    3.Create a folder named HCMSYS9 and copy the rar files namely
    HCMSYS9,PSINDEX, PSINDEX2 and extract it.
    4.Restart the machine.
