Please note facts stated by PVR are not correct and misleading, Tickets were not cancelled, nor was refund sought. Movie tickets booked were for an 11:25 PM show, and due to heavy traffic I reached venue at around 11:50 P.M and there was no one at the counter to issue ticket.
