(EMIL) to set up 3.4 MTPA Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant & 2.0 MTPA Pelietisation Plant in the district of Keonjhar with an investment of Rs.750.61 crores without Iron Ore linkage subject to the following conditions: (2) No raw material linkage or assurance to be provided by the State Government. (0) Beneficiation and Pelletisation will not be considered as a Value ‘Addition as per the existing State Government guidelines which stipulates manufacturing Stee! as value addition.
