/ Lifestyle Allowance 2. Premium% can be more than default based on number of members you would like to include in the coverage. The details for selection of dependents for

coverage will be available to you at the time of your joining.

+ Year-end Performance Bonus is not payable on prorate basis in the event of employee leaving the organization prior to the completion of the performance review cycle.
