pCgpV Packaging Vector

The pCgpV lentiviral packaging vector allows for the production of high titer
production without any concentrating steps. The pCgpV packaging vector includes
CMV Promoter 1-596
the gag/pol sequence of HIV. An Ampicillin resistant gene is also present on the
HIV gag/pol sequence 975-5281 vector. This vector is to be used in conjuction with pLICO, and pVSVG envelope
