Conflict Management Strategy

1. When there is no consensus on how to proceed, how will decisions be made?

2. When someone is not fulfilling individual commitments or abiding by the agreed upon
ground rules, how will that be addressed so that the project does not suffer? Keep in
mind, teams are strongly encouraged to work through any team differences on their own.
Faculty (or the course manager) should only be consulted in extreme situations.
