Installing the Antex NT driver from the command line

Install the driver from the command line by entering one or more parameter strings of the
form "/a<adapter#>,<card Id>,<#devices>,[<port>],[<irq>],[<srp>]" following setup. Use the
"/d" on the command line to display parameters before installing.
Examples:
setup /a1,45,6 /d
// Adapter 1: BX-12, 6 devices, display mode
setup /a2,30,2,180,5
// Adapter 2: SX-23e, 2 devices, port 0x180, irq 5
setup /a1,39,4,0,0,1 /a4,30,2,180,5
// Adapter 1: StudioCard, 4 devices, SRP; Adapter 2: SX-23e
Note that minimal error checking is done on the parameters.
To minimize installation problems, you should use the /d parameter to verify command line
entry. With the /d parameter, no installation is actually done.
