Vanerum Group Acquires Belisia Design Studio
Jim Stelter, Executive Vice President of Sales and Market-
ing of Steelcase before the 2001 recession, is hard to pin
down. He never stops moving, and his energy entangles
forces far and wide. His Stelter Partners, specializing in
green educational products became Vanerum•Stelter, of
which he is president. Vanerum•Stelter is a division of Van-
erum Group, a global corporation.
Now the Vanerum Group has acquired Belisia Design
Studio, a Belgium vendor is known for “creating and man-
aging a product portfolio with strong design aesthetics and a

focus on collaborative environments for office and learning
facilities.” Belisia’s product design Studio assists Architects
and Designers in creating specific product solutions they
have envisioned for their clients.
“This acquisition demonstrates our commitment to our

manufacturing, sales and distribution
across North America. Belisia prod-
ucts will continue to fuel the sustained
growth that Vanerum•Stelter has expe-
rienced over the past six years.
