Introduction
Leakage through terraces is the most common
problem today. The perennial problem of this
kind creates unhealthy conditions for the
occupants and is very disturbing. This can also
pose danger to the structure, if the problem is not
tackled on time.
The issues that need to be tackled for old
terraces and its solutions to have a leak free
terrace are described in this manual.
