Attached hereto is a copy of Ordinance No. 0-066-2008 adopted by the Lafayette City-
Parish Council on June 17, 2008 (the ‘2008 Ordinance”). The effect of the 2008
Ordinance is to repeal for all purposes Ordinance No. O-175-2007 adopted by the
Lafayette City-Parish Council on October 23, 2007 (the "2007 Ordinance”). The repeal
of the 2007 Ordinance by the 2008 Ordinance was taken by the Lafayette City-Parish
Council pursuant to its considered determination that, in accordance with the LCG
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (the "Zoning Ordinance"), such action was necessary
and, furthermore, appropriate in consideration of the public health, safety, morals and
general welfare of the city and parish, and certainly the community affected
The Site is located in the General Business Zoning District ("BG Zoning District”)
pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. The development, construction and
operation of a passenger bus terminal are not permitted uses in the BG Zoning District
in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance. Accordingly, all activities, including but not
limited to development and construction activities, in connection with or related to theGreyhound Lines, Inc.

development, construction or operation of a passenger bus terminal at the Site should
be immediately stopped.
By copy of this correspondence, the Director of the Department of Planning, Zoning and
Codes is instructed to suspend any permits (including certificates of occupancy) related
to the development, continuation or operation of a passenger bus terminal at the Site
