“The” Shahrukh Khan Diet Plan

22 Day Diet Plan to lose 14 Kgs


Parameters :
 No Sugar.
 No juices.
 No corn products (No pop corn).
 No combining proteins with carbohydrates.
 All dinners are cereal free (No rice, no chapaties no bread)
 Alcohol is not restricted, however, light to moderate is recommended and with the proviso
that meals are eaten 1 hour after drink.
 Exercise is not necessary, but go ahead and walk if you feel like it.

Fruits to avoid : Bananas, leechies, chikoo’s, mangoes, grapes, custard apples, pineapples, musk melon.
Fruits allowed : Papaya, peaches, apricots, cherries, pomegranate, guava, pears.

Vegetables to avoid : Potatoes, jimikand, arbi, jackfruit, beetroot, breen pea, carrots.
Vegetables allowed : Cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum, mushrooms, lady finger, spinach, kaddu, spring
onions, tinda, tori.

Soups : Vegetable soups only, with no corn flower.
