John’s “Books”
The Gospel of John is often divided into two “books” or
categories of content. These books are:
a.) The Book of Signs – John’s recordings of Jesus’
miracles and signs that He was truly the Messiah.
This includes a listing of seven miracles of Jesus
as well as several of the recorded “I am”
statements of Jesus.
b.) The Book of Glory (also called The Book of
Passion) – John’s recordings of Jesus’ passion and
information that glorifies Jesus with a clear
understanding that He is the Christ and has come
to suffer for humanity’s sake.
Please don’t throw this away. If you’re not going to use it, leave it for
someone else to use.
