Thank you for your purchase of this quality clock.
The uimost care has gone into the design and
manufacture of your clock. Please read these
instructions carefully and keep them well for future
reference.

TO TART THE CLOCK
To start the clock, remove the protective
insulation tab from the battery compartment.
• Press "RESET" button to restart the clock.
TO SET THE TIME
• Press "T.SET/oC/oF" button without release,
and the time display will begin flashing.
• Press "HRIMONTH" button until the correct
hour is displayed.
• Press "MIN/DATE" button until the correct
minute is displayed.

Note:
Be carefui to set the time to AM or PM correctly
when using the 12 Hour format. When PM time is
set, a "PM" symbol will appear on the display.
TO SET THE ALARM TIME
• Press "AL.SET' button without release, and
the alarm time display will flash in the lower
left comer of the display.
Press "HRIMONTH" button until the correct
hour is displayed.
• Press "MIN/DATE" button until the correct
minute is displayed.
• Release "AL.SET' button to save and exit the
setting mode. The display will stop flashing.
Note:
• Be careful to set the time to AM or PM correctly
when using the 12 Hour format. When PM
time is set, a "PM" symbol will appear on the
display.
The alarm and snooze will be turned on
automatically when you set the-alarm time.
TO SET THE CALENDAR
• Press "DATE SET" button without release,
and the Year, Month, Date display will begin
flashing.
• Press "YR/12/24" button unrl the correct
year is displayed.
• Press "HR/MONTH" button until the correct
month Is displayed.
• Press "MINIDATE" button until th correct
date is displayed.
• Release "DATE SET' button to save and exit
the setting mode. The display will stop flashing.
TO USE 12 or 24 HOUR DISPLAY OPTION
Press "YRl12/24" button to switch between
12 and 24 hour format.
Note:
In the 12 hour format, a "PM" symbol will appear on
the display when in PM time.
TO TURN THE ALARM ON OR OFF
Press "AL. ON/OFF" button to activate the
alarm. The alarm will sound for 60 seconds
 at the preset alarm time. When the alarm is
activated, "h" symbol and "Zz· symbol will
appear on the lower left area of the display.
Press "AL. ON/OFF" button once again to
turn the alarm off.
TO USE THE SNOOZE FEATURE
Press "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button once to stop
the current alarm when it is sounding and
activate the snooze function.
Once the snooze function is activated, the
5-step crescendo alarm will sound 12 times
in 5 minutes interval. If the alarm is not turned
off, it will remain set and ring at the same
time the next day.
TO USE THE UGHT FEATURE
• Press "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button to light the
display in the dark. Ttle light will continue for
3 seconds aft r the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button
is pressed.
TO USE THE FAHRENHEIT OR CELSIUS
TEMPERATURE DISPLAY OPTION
Press 'TSET/oC/°F" button to switch between
Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature display.
REPLACING THE BATIERY
• The battery should be replaced if the display
or alarm becomes weak or fails to operate.
Open the battery compartment cover on the
bottom of the ClOCK, and repla e with one
new CR2025 battery with polarity indicated.
CAUTION
The battery should be inserted with positive
terminal ('+") facing upward.
• Replace the battery cover.
• The time and alarm time must be reset when
the battery ;s inserted or changed.
The battery sholcJld be replaced if the display
or alarm becomes weak or fails to operate
MAINTENANCE
• Store the clock without battery when not in
use.
A soft cloth or a paper towel may be used to
clean your clock. Do not use any corrosive
cleanser or chemical solutions on the clock.
Keep the clock ciean and dry to avoid any
problems.
TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
M.Z. Berger & Company warrants the original
consumer purchaser of this product that it shall be
free of defects in materials and workmanship for
two years from the purchase date of this product.
Defects caused by tampering, improper use,
unauthorized modifications or repairs, immersion
in water or abuse are not covered by this warranty.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during
the warranty period, wrap your clock carefully
and send it to the following address:

You must include a proof of purchase, either the
original receipt of a photocopy and a check or
money order for US$5.95 to cover the cost of
handling. Also include your return address inside
the package. M.Z. Berger & Company will repair
or replace the clock and return it to you. M.Z.
Berger & Company will not be liable for any loss or
damage, including incidental or consequential
damages of any kind; from any breach of warranty
either expressed or implied relating to the product.
Since some states do not allow the eXClusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may have
other rights that vary from slate to slale.
