Sub: for going to native temple

I am requesting a leave absence for 30th may and 31st May 27, 2010 for the following reason. My
family has plan to go to native village to worship family God after long period and I would hate to
miss this rare opportunity.

I will be back at my desk, with my full attention to the work, as always, on the 1st of june.

I would be highly obliged if you sanction my leave.
