1 LIMITATION OF PROJECT

There is always room for improvements and modifications in a project. The

application NMS may also suffer from the following limitations.

• Knowledge of MS WINDOWS NT, MS WINDOWS 98, MS WINDOWS XP

ORACLE 8 and Visual Basic 6.0 is essential.

• Thorough training of using this system is required.

• Occasional long power failure may disturb the system.

• This project as any other project may suffer from mishandling by the users

in some cases.

3 FUTURE SCOPE

This “STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM” is versatile and flexible

system and can be easily modified to suit the requirement of any other features

in future. The system has been designed in such a way that hierarchy

modifications/additional improvements can be affected at any level. The dynamic

screen of the system can also be modified easily to meet the specific requirement

of any new client.

 It may be developed to keep visual data.

 Number of reports can be increased.

 Data restoring and recovery facilities can be added.

 Help documentation can be added for the ease of user.
