Tawny's Egg Rolls

1/2 lb. ground pork


2 cups Napa Cabbage, finely shredded
1/8 cup green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup carrots, julienned or shredded
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. corn starch
Dash pepper

Cook pork. Mix other ingredients in. Thicken with cornstarch and water. Cool. Roll 1 1/2
Tbsp filling in egg roll wrappers. Deep fry in hot oil.
