1. Packaage your business.

2. Eliminate "cluele essness." 
Load all the thinggs your folkss will need in nto the actuaal WebEx space: we call it the Meeting 
Detaiil. In Meet all you have tto do is click the link with your meetting name an nd you can aadd 
an aggenda, notess, files ‐ yep, no more exxcuses from ffolks that th hey didn't geet the file or 
didn't realize the ey were on th he agenda.          
                                                                      
3. Record your stattus report. 
That's right, prep pare your Po owerPoint, m make it punchy and beau utiful and shoowcase your 
team m in all its glo ory by record ding a WebEx and sharin ng the link w

4. Make your message social. 
Record your best speaker ‐ maybe your boss? ‐ doing a brief presentation using desktop 
sharing or via webcam and then share it on Facebook and Twitter. You'll look good for 
taking it social and your boss will love that you are making them look good!                               
                                                   
5. Share your pearly whites. 
You may not be able to get there in person, but you can create some fun and still use your 
charm by using your webcam during your meeting. Set your camera to HD and set up the 
panel to host all five participants via web cam. Now smile!                                                             
                  
6. Record meetings. 
Seriously, this is a no‐brainer. When you use WebEx Meet, turn that recording on ‐ 
especially if you are in brainstorm mode. Our users report more than 50% of information is 
lost in meetings. Because people are talking, they just don't grab those elusive details 
because they are engaged in the conversation.                                                                                   
         
7. Share your hard work. 
After your meeting ‐ that you recorded ‐ edit the notes in the Meeting Detail and share that 
puppy with your boss and others who need to see how you were able to persuade the team 
to a solid outcome. The Meeting Detail is not just useful before your meeting but it's a great 
way to loop in folks who missed the meeting and need to catch up or witness your 
brilliance.
