Job Description: Collecting specimen from patients, recording time and temperature.
After dipping into specimen with POCT device, I am responsible for documenting all
information needed to send specimen off for confirmation reports. I am also responsible
for proper documentation of preliminary results and notating them onto the Clia Forms
notifying the doctor of any discrepancies that may appear. Responsible for being well
organized in a high traffic clinic and maintaining order with specimens and reports.

Job Description: Making appointments for patient care. Also responsible for scanning
patient information, and reports, and linking them to there charts through a paperless
system.

Job Description: Opening office and pulling charts for the days patients. I was also
responsible for verifying insurance on-line and over the phone. Responsible for making
appointments for new patients and follow-ups, up-dating patient information, filing and
faxing medical records, calling in prescriptions and authorizations. I also assisted the
doctor in the room while conducting examinations. Took blood-pressure and weight and
recorded. Responsible for contacting patient with tests and lab results after reports were
signed off on.
Education: Majoring in Homeland Security with 14 college credits. GPA 3.8, with plans
to attend the police academy in the near future.
