1. make whatever amendments to the attached draft defence & counterclaim as you deem fit
to ensure the accuracy of the facts set out therein.

2. sign it and hand-deliver a copy each to the arbitrator and lai swee fung by wednesday.

3. wait for lai swee fung to serve his reply on you in due course.

4. take the arbitrator

s directions thereafter.

5. as per your instructions, I

ll act for your mother in her claim against the landlord and the
agent for the loss of her valuables.

6. I
ll leave it to you to act for yourself in the arbitration from here on.
