She was one of my students at Sharp Grossmont Hospital during her psych rotation the months of June and July, 2009. Ms. So, is a young enthusiastic nurse student who works hard to make sure she provides the best care to her patients. Ms. So is organized and responsible toward her work, she goes the extra mile to complete her duties and help others complete theirs. She is friendly and gets along easily with nurses, doctors and ancillary staff participating on patient treatment. Also, she is punctual and reliable. She never missed a class during her rotation. During her rotation at Grossmont Hospital, she worked at the Intensive Treatment Program (ITP) and was able to withstand critical and acute situations in which some patients behaved agitated and threatening, she intervened assertively and thoughtfully redirected those patients. ‘Nurses and staff at Grossmont Hospital were happy to have Ms. so, they told me so, and made sure to tell me positive comments about her professional behavior and kind attitude, Please do not hesitate to call or email if you have any questions.
