Question 1: In the kitchen area, are the utensils used on cooking are clean
and sanitize properly? Does the area maintain cleanliness after it’s been
used?
Answer 1: Yes. They’re all sanitized and clean properly. Yes we maintain
our cleanliness in the kitchen.
Question 3: On comfort rooms, is the area clean and cubicles and sinks are
well functioned?
Answer 3: Yes. We only have one comfort rooms but, it has the toilet bowl
and sink and it is well functioned.
Question 4: Is the storage area clean and protected from insects and other
pests? How do you store your foods on storage rooms?
Answer 4: Yes. We keep the foods like meat, fishes, vegetables is stored in
the refrigerator. The noodles and other dry ingredients are put in a
container somewhat like a cooler so the foods are free from insects and
cockroaches, rats, and any other pests.
Question 5: How do you serve the foods to the customers? Do you serve it
with respect, love and care?
Answer 5: We serve them with fresh and new cook dishes. Yes we serve
them with respect, care and love from us.
Question 6: Are the wastes/food wastes fully and properly disposed? How
do you dispose your food wastes?
Answer 6: Yes. When there are leftovers taken by the customers, they can
take it out. If not, we take the food and eat it through the dogs. We
segregate our food waste by, biodegradable and non-biodegradable.
Those non-biodegradables, we use them in recycling stuffs and the
biodegradable wastes are used as fertilizers.
