D. GENERAL SUGGESTIONS ON RMSA SCHEME:


1. Non academic duties may not be given to teaching staff.
2. Scholarship facilities to the various sections to the enhanced.
3. Steps to be taken to dispatch scholarships in the 1st term itself to acquire
uniform and text books at an early date.
4. All class rooms should be 'smart'.
5. All subjects may be taught by the subject experts, passed the professional
courses in the same subject - such as English, Chemistry, Biology, Zoology,
Physics, etc.
6. Schools time may be allowed to fix by the Head of Institution in consultation
with PTA in changing weather conditions and pollutions.
7. Vacancies should be filled (Teaching and non teaching) up, at the start of the
academic year itself, keeping a view that any post in an academic institution
left vacant for more than 7 days, best pupils should suffer.
8. White Boards (instead of Black Boards) should be supplied in every class
room.
9. Adequate lightning facilities should be given to all class rooms.
8. Hand Books and Teaching materials should be dispatched to every teacher
before the commencement of every term supposed to teach those portions
entitled to learn by the pupils.
9. The P.E. Teacher post to be upgraded to HSA level (full time).
10. The Work Experience Teacher may be given HSA posts (existing)
