1. We have audited the accompanying statement of Financial Results of

CREATIVECASTINGS Limited ("the Company"Jfor the year ended 31't March,
2016 ( "the Statements") being submitted by the Company pursuant to the
Requirementof Regulation33 of the SEBI I Listing Obligationand Disclosure
RequirementsJRegulation2015. This Statementswhich is the responsibility of the
company's Managementand approval by the Board of Directors, has been
preparedon the basis of the relatedfinancialstatementswhich is in accordance
with the AccountingStandardsprescribedunder Section133 of the Companies
Act, 2013, as applicableand other accountingprinciples generallyacceptedin
India.Our responsibilityis to expressan opinionon the Statement.

2. We conductedour audit in accordancewith the Standardson Auditing issuedby

the Institute of CharteredAccountantsof India. Thosestandardsrequire that we
comply with ethical requirementsand plan and perform the audit to obtain
reasonable assurance about whether the
Statements is free from Material
misstatement.

An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the

amountsand disclosuresin the Statements.The procedureselecteddependson
the auditor's judgment, including the assessmentof the risks of material
misstatement of the Statements,whether due to fraud or error. In making those
risk assessments;the auditor considersinternal control relevant to the company's
preparation and fair presentation of the Statement in order to design audit
procedure that are appropriate in the circumstances,but not for the purpose of
expressingan opinion on the effectivenessofthe Company'sinternal control. An
audit also include evaluatingthe appropriateness
of accountingpoliciesusedand
the reasonablenessofthe accountingestimatesmade by the Managemen! as well
as evaluatingthe overall presentationofthe Statement.
We believe that the audit evidencewe have obtained is sufficient and appropriate
to provide a basis for our audit opinion on the Statement.

3. In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the
explanationsgiven to us,the Statements:
