4997 class has been a great

source of knowledge. This class has helped me to understand the
social work field from a broader perspective. This experience has
been an overview of the values, skills and knowledge that
professional social workers need as tools for effective practice.
This is my portfolio. The contents within is a reflection of my
growth as a person and my aspiration as a professional. I will
always use competency 2.1.5 to guide me as a professional.
Advance human rights and social and economic justice:
Advocate for human rights and social justice; Engage in practice
that advance social and economic justice. This competency will be
a backdrop for me as I go forward learning, mastering, and
understanding how to become relevant and effective for clients.
This class has reinforced how to use assessments, evaluations,
goal planning, and collaboration.
