Mr. Lawrence has demonstrated excellent progress this quarter. He has a


strong command of the content presented, and is creative and thoughtful when designing lessons
that tap into student interest and are tied to the learning goals. He is consistent with his use of
OVERALL COMMENT:

classroom management routines and techniques, and he has a very positive rapport with students.
In addition, Mr. Lawrence is eager to receive feedback and suggestions for his teaching, and he is
willing to take risks with trying suggested student groupings, hands-on activities, and class
discussions. He has worked extremely well with both his student teaching partner and mentor
teacher in the classroom, and is professional, collegial, and prepared. Great work!
