MTO Enterprise is a customized garments and printing business located in Legazpi City.
It pioneered in creating singlets and running apparel for 5 years in bicol region. It also
caters corporate uniforms, medical and hospitality apparel, school uniforms, and
customized apparel. With the existing niche in sports apparel, the owners will be
launching the ACTIVE WEAR brand. It is ready-made sports apparel that customers can
buy easily on retail and wholesale. The ACTIVE WEAR store can be seen on every mall
in every city in the Philippines. The stores will cater the RTW sports apparel and printing
services. It will also be offered to other business people in Franchise System.

Investment/Financing
The company will be putting up a separate garments factory that will exclusively
create the products of ACTIVE WEAR. The factory will be located in Inarado, Daraga,
Albay. The place will be strategic in the coming years when the International Airport in
Albay opens. It will also benefit from cheap labor in the community.
The investment will also be used to open the first store in Pacific Mall Metro
Legazpi. The company has already applied for the space needed.

50% on 1 year
Term of Investment
1 year and renewable for the next 1 year.
Payment
50% multiplied by the Investment Amount divided by 12 months = monthly interest
50,000 x 50% = 25,000 / 12 = P 2,083.33

Return of Investment
After 1 year, preceding the 12th month payment.
