SERVICIO DE GENERACIN ELCTRICA GAS/DIESEL EN LA LOCACIN ENO UBICADA
EN EL BLOQUE 54 DE ORIONOIL ER SA
1. OBJETIVO:
POWERON S.A. brinda servicios de renta de equipos de generacin a ORIONOIL ER SA en
la locacin ENO. Debido al incremento de produccin en la locacin ORIONOIL solicita un
nuevo sistema de generacin elctrica acorde a este incremento en la produccin.
Se suscribe el contrato entre ORIONOIL ER S.A. y POWERON S.A. para suplir la nueva
necesidad.
2. REQUERIMIENTO POR PARTE DEL CLIENTE:
ORIONOIL ER SA solicita que se instale la central de generacin acorde a la carga
demandada segn lo establecido en el Anexo 1 del Contrato. Es decir los equipos de
generacin elctrica se instalarn de manera paulatina cada vez que se incrementen la carga

4. PROGRAMAS UTILIZADOS PARA EL DESARROLLO DE LA INGENIERA:

5. ANTECEDENTES:
En base a las reuniones mantenidas entre ORIONOIL y POWERON se define y autoriza por
parte de ORIONOIL el rea de generacin a utilizarse. En base al rea que se designe se
desarrollar la construccin de facilidades, instalacin de lneas de combustible, instalaciones
elctricas y posterior instalacin de equipos y sus auxiliares (Generadores, Tableros, etc.).
Ver Figuras 1 y 2
Para una demanda proyectada en Agosto 2016 con un flujo mnimo y constante de gas de
380,000 SCFD y usando un factor de flujo a obtener del 90%, la potencia esperada a
suministrar seria de aproximadamente 1,400 KW. Para ello, se instalar un (01) Motor a Gas
VHP7042GSI. (Anexo 1 Tabla 1 Demanda Estimada; Anexo 2 Ficha tcnica Waukesha).
Para Octubre del 2016 acorde al incremento de carga, se necesitara un flujo promedio de
aproximadamente 580,000 SCFD constantes y se requiere 2 generadores gas.
Considerando la instalacin de 2 motores, el rea designada a utilizarse es la que se puede
apreciar a continuacin y se encuentra resaltado el borde de color rojo. rea que tendr
aproximadamente 294,00m2 para el rea de generacin y 22,50m2 para el rea del
compresor. Ver Figuras 1 y 2

PLANTEAMIENTO
6. INSTALACIONES CIVILES
La construccin e instalacin del sistema de generacin se realizar en dos fases, llamadas
Fase A y Fase B. Esto debido a que el incremento de carga es paulatino.
Para una mejor apreciacin a continuacin se adjunta un diagrama por fases. Ver Figura 3

En la fase A se construir una losa de concreto de 11500mm de ancho x 10000mm de largo


donde se ubicarn 2 unidades de generacin con sus respectivos tableros.
Junto al rea de generacin se dispondr una cabina de control con las dimensiones de
3600m de ancho x 12200mm de largo, en el interior de la misma se dispondrn los mdulos
tanto de Sincronismo como de Distribucin.
En esta fase se dispondr y operarn 3 Generadores, 1 Generador de Gas y 2 Generadores
de Disel. Tanto el Generador de Gas como un Generador de Disel sern ubicados en la
plataforma de concreto de la fase A, mientras que el otro Generador Disel restante ser
ubicado con un cubeto temporal hasta que se inicie con la Fase B.
En esta misma fase se construir la losa correspondiente al compresor que tiene un rea de
22,50m2 aprox.
En la fase B se construir la losa de 13500mm de ancho x 10000mm de largo. Esta losa
tiene capacidad para instalacin de 3 unidades de generacin adicionales
En cada fase se instalarn las lneas de combustible y elctricas necesarias para la operacin,
as como canaletas, techos, cajas API, trincheras o bandejas de cables de fuerza, etc.
El concreto tendr una resistencia de 280 kg/cm2 para el rea de equipos y de 150 kg/cm2
para el rea peatonal calculada en base a las especificaciones de los equipos a utilizar que
se muestra en la seccin Desarrollo de este documento

7. DESARROLLO Y CRONOGRAMA:
Una vez aprobado este documento por parte de ORIONOIL, se propone el siguiente
cronograma de actividades. Ver Cronograma pag 5.
Cabe recalar que el cronograma se puede cumplir una vez que se tengan los permisos de
trabajo y el rea libre para la construccin.
El tiempo propuesto para desarrollo de actividades es de 61 das, a continuacin se puede
verificar el detalle y duracin de cada actividad

Es importante mencionar que el diseo de la central de generacin permite brindar una


tensin de 480 V trifsicos, con una frecuencia de 60 Hz por 24 horas continuas.

Cada generador cuenta con un mdulo de sincronismo que permite tener una
adecuada entrega de energa elctrica sin interrupciones.

Los mdulos de sincronismo se conectan a una barra comn donde podemos


encontrar cada una de las salidas o distribucin.

En el rea de cubetos se dispondr de cajas tipo API para contencin de cualquier


fluido que pudiera afectar a la locacin o al medio ambiente.

ORIONOIL ha ofrecido entregar una presin de gas entre 10 psig a 15 psig medidos
en la toma exclusiva para generacin del separador trifsico perteneciente a ORION.

A continuacin se pueden observar los anexos, detalles y fichas tcnicas de cada equipo y el
P&ID realizado de la locacin as como el Plano general de la locacin. (Anexo 3 Plano de la
locacin. Anexo 4 P&ID ENO)
Los clculos se han realizado en base a estas fichas tcnicas para el diseo civil, mecnico,
elctrico y operacional de la central de generacin.

Standard Equipment
AIR CLEANERS Two, 3 dry type ilter with hinged rain shield and service indicator.
AIR FUEL RATIO CONTROL (AFR) Integrated ESM - AFR catalyst rich-burn
control, main fuel gas regulator actuators, exhaust O2 sensor(s), and post
turbocharger exhaust thermocouple. Factory mounted and tested. AFR maintains
emissions through load and speed changes. The ESM AFR meets Canadian
Standards Association Class 1, Division 2, Group A, B, C, & D (Canada & US)
hazardous location requirements. Note: For dual fuel applications, ESM AFR
system will control the primary fuel source only.
BARRING DEVICE Manual.
BEARINGS Heavy duty, replaceable, precision type.
BREATHER Self regulating, closed system.

CONNECTING RODS Forged steel, rile drilled.


COOLING SYSTEM Choice of mounted radiator with pusher fan, core guard
and duct adapter, heat exchanger with expansion tank, or connection for remote
radiator cooling. (One shutdown level switch for each circuit included on radiator
and heat exchange units).
CONTROL SYSTEM Waukesha Engine System Manager (ESM) integrates
spark timing control, speed governing, detonation detection, start-stop control,
diagnostic tools, fault logging and engine safeties. Engine Control Unit (ECU) is
central brain of the control system and main customer interface. MODBUS RTU
slave connection RS-485 multidrop hardware, and through the Electronic Service
Program (ESP). Customer connections are only required to the local panel, fuel
valve, and for 24V DC power supply. Compatible with Woodward load sharing
module. ESM meets Canadian Standards Association Class I, Division 2, Group A,
B, C, & D (Canada & US) hazardous location requirements. ESM with AFR included
is standard for GSI. Includes 25ft customer interface harnesses.
CRANKCASE Integral crankcase and cylinder frame.
CRANKSHAFT Counterweighted, forged steel, dynamically balanced, with
sealed viscous vibration damper.
CYLINDER HEADS Interchangeable valveinhead type. Two hard faced intake
and two hard faced inconel exhaust valves per cylinder. Hard faced intake and
exhaust valve seat inserts.
CYLINDERS - VHP7100GSI/GSID 9.375" (238 mm) bore x 8.5" (216 mm) stroke.
Removable wet cylinder liners. Number of cylinders - Twelve.
ELECTRONIC SERVICE PROGRAM (ESP) Microsoft Windows-based
program provided on CD-ROM for programming and interface to ESM. Includes
E-Help for troubleshooting any ESM faults. Serial harness is provided for
connection of a customer supplied laptop to the ECU RS-232 port.
ENGINATOR BASE Engine, generator and radiator or heat exchanger are
mounted and aligned on a welded steel, wide lange base, suitable for solid or
isolator mounting with base lifting eyes.
ENGINE MONITORING DEVICES Factory mounted and wired sensors for lube
oil pressure and temperature, intake manifold temperature and pressure, and jacket
water temperature, all accessible through ESM. ESM continually monitors combustion
performance through accelerometers to provide detonation protection. Dual magnetic
pick-ups are used for accurate engine speed monitoring. ESM provides advanced
diagnostics of engine and all ESM sensors and logs any faults into non-volatile lash
memory. Sensors meet Canadian Standards Association Class 1, Division 2, Group A,
B, C, & D (Canada & US) hazardous location requirements.
EXHAUST SYSTEM - Water cooled exhaust manifold with single vertical exhaust
at rear. Flexible stainless steel exhaust connection 8"(203 mm) long with 8" outlet
lange.

FUEL SYSTEM (GSI) Two natural gas, 4" (102 mm) updraft carburetors
and two mounted Fisher 99, 2" (51 mm) gas regulator, one 3" langed lexible
connection (shipped loose), and one 2" NPT Magnatrol gas solenoid valve
(shipped loose). Fuel pressure 30 PSIG minimum and 50 PSIG maximum.
FUEL SYSTEM (GSID) Two natural gas 4" updraft carburetors, two Fisher 133L
gas regulators(shipped loose), two lexible connections (shipped loose), and one
3" NPT Magnatrol gas solenoid valve (shipped loose). Fuel pressure 3.25 PSIG
minimum and 50 PSIG maximum.
GENERATOR - Open, dripproof, direct connected, fan cooled, 2/3 pitch, A.C.
revolving ield type, single bearing generator with brushless exciter, short circuit
sustain (PMG type maintains 270% of rated generator current for up to 10
seconds on 105 C temperature rise generators; maintains 250% of current on
130 C rise generators) and damper windings. TIF and Deviation Factor within
NEMA MG-1.32. Voltage 480/277, 3 phase, 4 wire, Wye 60 Hz and 400/230, 3
phase, 4 wire, Wye 50 Hz. Other voltages are available, consult factory. Insulation
material NEMA Class F. Temperature rise within NEMA (105 C) for continuous
power duty, within NEMA (130 C) for standby duty. All generators are rated at 0.8
Power Factor, are mounted on the engine lywheel housing and have multiple steel
disc lexible coupling drive. Includes space heater, 115/230 V, 1 phase.
GOVERNOR Electric throttle actuator controlled by ESM with throttle position
feedback. Governor tuning is performed using ESP. ESM includes option of a loadcoming feature to improve engine response to step loads.
IGNITION SYSTEM Ignition Power Module Diagnostics (IPM-D) controlled by
ESM, with spark timing optimized for any speed-load condition. Dual voltage
energy levels automatically controlled by ESM to maximize spark plug life.

INTERCOOLER Air to water.


JUNCTION BOXES Separate AC and DC junction boxes for Enginator wiring and
external connections.
LUBRICATION Full pressure, gear type pump. Engine mounted full low lube
oil micro-iberglass ilters with mounted differential pressure gauge. Microspin
bypass ilter, engine mounted. 50 or 60 Hz, 230 volt AC, single phase electric
motor driven intermittent prelube pump with motor starter (other voltages can be
speciied).
OIL COOLER Shell and tube type (mounted).
OIL PAN Deep sump type. 190 gallon (719 L) capacity including ilter and
cooler.
PAINT Oilield Orange.
PISTONS Aluminum with loating pin. Oil cooled.
STARTING EQUIPMENT Two 24V DC electric starting motor.
TURBOCHARGERS Dry type, wastegate controlled.
VOLTAGE REGULATOR (shipped loose) SCR static automatic type providing
1% regulation from no load to full load, three phase sensing and automatic
subsynchronous speed protection. Includes voltage adjustment rheostat (shipped
loose).
WATER CIRCULATING SYSTEM, AUXILIARY CIRCUIT Belt driven water
circulating high capacity pump for intercooler and lube oil cooler. See S6543-36
performance curve for use with standard 10" diameter crankshaft pulley.
WATER CIRCULATING SYSTEM, ENGINE JACKET Belt driven water pump,
175 180 F (79 82 C) thermostatic temperature regulation full low bypass.
Single ANSI lange connections for inlet and outlet on water connect units.

Application Engineering Department.
Data based on standard conditions of 77F (25C) ambient temperature, 29.53 inches Hg (100kPa) barometric pressure, 30% relative humidity (0.3 inches HG / 1 kPa water vapor
pressure).

DESCRIPCIN
La serie easYgen-3000 son unidades de control para aplicaciones de grupos electrgenos. Las numerosas entradas y salidas, junto con una estructura de software modular, permiten utilizar la serie easYgen-3000 para una
amplia gama de aplicaciones. Esto incluye modo de espera, AMF, ahorro de picos, importacin/exportacin,
cogeneracin o generacin distribuida, entre otros. Asimismo, la serie easYgen-3000 es compatible con operaciones en paralelo de redes aisladas, modo isla, en paralelo de red y varias unidades. La serie easYgen-3000 es
capaz de controlar hasta 32 grupos electrgenos conectados en una red con la secuencia automtica.
La serie easYgen-3000 est disponible para la conexin simple en paralelo, as como para aplicaciones complejas de acoplamiento en paralelo. Opte por easYgen-3200 en caso de que desee conectar su flota de grupos electrgenos en paralelo a la red o easYgen-3500 con LS-5 para aplicaciones multi red de segmentos mltiples. LogicsManagerTM LogicsManager de Woodward permite cambiar las secuencias de operacin y adaptarlas a
las necesidades especficas. LogicsManager logra esto mediante el control de un rango de valores de medicin y
estados internos, que se combinan lgicamente con los operadores booleanos y temporizadores programables.
Esto permite crear y/o modificar las funciones de rel de control.
