All the Principals of Government and Private Polytechnics in the state are hereby
informed that the candidates who have admitted into First Year C-09 Scheme during 2010-2011
Academic Year Diploma course and candidates (IVC) admitted into II Year (III Semester)
attached to 2009 batch of I Year C-09 in the academic year 2010-2011 are to given PIN number
as mentioned in the enclosed Annexure.
Therefore, all the Principals are requested to follow the pattern strictly and inform the list
of candidates admitted in the institution along with the roll numbers allotted to the undersigned
for information to this office.
