Internship in EQTs Digital Team

EQTs Digital team is looking for a full-time intern to join their team in
Stockholm
EQT is a global, integrated alternative investment firm with approximately EUR 30 billion in
raised capital and multiple investment strategies - Equity, Mid Market, Infrastructure, Real
Estate, Credit and Ventures- guided by a responsible ownership approach and an industrial
growth strategy.
EQT has around 400 employees globally, of which approximately 250 are within the investment
advisory teams. EQT Partners AB and its affiliates have offices in 15 countries on three
continents; USA, Europe and Asia.
EQT is now looking for an intern who is passionate about the ongoing digital transformation to
strengthen our Digitalization team. As an intern at EQTs Digitalization team you will get the
opportunity to be a part of a new team of skilled tech professionals and work in a fast paced
environment. You will not only get the opportunity to work with internal teams at EQT, but
you will also get the chance to work alongside our portfolio companies and be part of
advancing their digital maturity from different perspectives.

Desired skills and experiences:

People skills: You can interact with company officials at ease and carry EQTs brand.
Digital native: You easily understand new tech and love to follow the latest trends
and usually play around with new technology and methods when they arrive.
Analytical skills: You are good at analyzing, modeling, visualizing and making
conclusions from large amounts of data.
Communication skills: You can effectively and succinctly communicate findings and
conclusions to the broader EQT team, both verbally and in writing.
Entrepreneurship: You are self-directed, highly motivated and have a strong drive.
Operational experience from a tech start-up is a strong merit, especially from a
business/marketing or IT/technology role.
Education: At least two years in to Bachelor studies or equivalent within Business or
Technology

Responsibilities

Research and map EQTs portfolio companies in terms of infrastructure, technology

stacks, people and agency/consultancy set-up to build a structural capital and granular
understanding
Design a lightweight assessment model of portfolio companies in regarding e.g. online
presence, mobility, and search volumes etc. leveraging specialist partners.
Design a segmentation model for EQTs digital team to evaluate and select the best
opportunities in terms of engagement
Develop a strategy for a CXO networks for functional c-levels in portfolio companies by
qualitative studies
Support the digital team in working with portfolio companies and internal teams
