SITE VISIT PREPARATION

This is the list of items recommended to take with you while going to site. Go
through this list before you go to a site-work.
As soon as the date/time of the activities confirmed, inform the Fixed Access
TAC/TSO group in your region. Share your MOP with the TAC team. It is a good
practice to ask them to review your MOPs. Since they are aware of many knownissues, they can make some recommendations. During the activity, if you have any
issues you will need to raise a Support Ticket in order to get a remote support.

Do you have the information to go there?
Did you arrange the site security permission for the
planned date & time?
Who (from the customer site) will be in charge for
your visit?
Do you know what operations/tasks will you be
responsible for? Do you have a written statement
confirmed by the customer?
Far end devices configurations needs to be done by
the customer or 3rd parties or by yourself.
