BasedontheoutcomesfromthePhaseI,thePhaseIIisfocusontheProductionImplementation
RealizationVisualizationAssetsProduction&ManagementDebuggingOptimization&FineTuning
DocumentationPresentationandtherelatedProjectManagement.
Thestudentmustobtainpotentialadvisorsconsentandsignaturebeforesubmittingthisform.
TheSchoolisnotresponsibleforarrangingadvisorforanystudent.Theyearlonggraduationprojectwillbe
cosupervisedbybothSCMandCSstaffs.Thereshouldbeatleast
ONE
advisorfromeachofSCMandCS.

Ourproposedprojectisa3Dsingleplayervideogamewithacustomizedphysicaluserinterface.

Thegamewilltakeplaceinacitywhereplayersroleisaspecialtaxidriver.Playersobjectiveistocontrol
thecartopickupandsatisfyasetnumberofpassengerswithinatimelimit.Playerscarcangetafixed
numberofpassengersatatimeandthosepassengerscanhavedifferentdestination.Playercantakethose
passengerstotheirdestinationonebyone.

Playerscarcandoanumberofthingsthatothertransportinthegamecannot.Firstofall,itcanmovealong
wallstoclimbtothetopofthebuildings.Therefore,passengerscanrequesttogotoroofofthebuildings.The
carcanalsogaintheabilitytopassthroughsolidobjectslikebuildingsforalimitedamountoftimetogetto
thedestinationfaster.Otherpowerupideaslikeflyingwillalsobeconsidered.

Inadditiontodrivingpassengerstothedestinatedlocation,playerscaralsohastheabilitytodisableother
transportlikebusesorprivatecarsinordertogainmorecustomers.Oneofthemeanstodosoisbyshooting
somethingouttodeflateothercarswheels.

Playerwillhaveamapofthecitytohelpfindingthedestinations.

Forthecontrolofthegame,wewillmakeabikelikeinstallationwhereplayerwillcontroltheingamecarby
ridingthebike.

Thegamecanbeinfirstpersonvieworthirdpersonview.

Forfirstpersonview,playerwilllookatthegamescreenthroughVRonmobilephonewhileforthe
thirdpersonview,playerwilllookatthecomputerscreeninstead.

Theartstyleofthegamewillbecartoonish.The3Dmodelswillbeinsimpleshapeandtexture.

Baseonthebasicideaofourprojectasshownabove,wewillhavetothinkabouthowtostimulatethefeeling
ofbikingonwalltofurtherenhancingthegameplayexperience.Wewillalsohavetothinkabouthowto
controlthedegreeofrotationofplayerscarusingthebikecontroller.

OurtechnicalresearchareawillbeonUnity5gameenginewithnetworksystemtoconnecttheinstallation
