Post Dated Cheques (PDC) should be paid in advance up to the month of August of each year. AED 200 is deductible if any cheque returns from the bank. The refundable amount cheque will be encashed by Smart Childrens Nursery if the monthly fee of a cheque payer returns from the Bank. The refundable deposit cheque then has to be replaced. Notice period for Discontinuation: For Cheque Payers One month written notice before the date of the cheque will enable the parents to get the balance cheques and refundable deposit back. The next cheque will be banked if the notice is not given exactly one month before the next cheque (e.g.) If the cheque is dated 1-2-2011 then the notice should be given on 1-1-2011. Term Fee (Option) 1® Term - September to December 2° Term - January to March 3° Term — April to June 4" Term — July to August Term Payment: Monthly Fee X No. of Months = Term Amount Term fee should to be paid on the 1* of the last month of the previous term. Payment delayed after the 1 will lead to a Fine of AED 100 per day until the fee for the following term is paid. eg. On Dec. 1% 2 Term Fee should be paid. Notice period for discontinuation: Notice should be given on the 1" of the previous month to get the balance months fees back. Ill. Monthly Cash Payment Option:- A guarantee cheque of one month full nursery fee +00 AED will allow you to pay your child's monthly fees payment in cash every month. Terms of Payment: Monthly full fees should be paid on the 1* of each month. There will be a penalty charge of dirhams 100 per day starting from the 1% day of nonpayment including the day of payment made. The guarantee cheque will be deposited in the bank on the 5" of the month. Notice period for discontinuation: One month written notice should be given if you wish to discontinue your child from the nursery (e.g) if you wish to discontinue from 1-2-2011 then the notice should be given on 1-1- 2011. No Fizzy drinks, chips, Chocolates or high sugar content food should be sent to the nursery. LABELS: Kindly label your child's belonging. E.g. lunch boxes, bottles, bags clothes etc. SCN is not responsible for the loss of your child/children belongings if they are not labeled. If a child is detected having fever, cough or sticky red eyes etc, in the nursery, then the parents will be immediately informed, and requested to pick up their child within 30-40 minutes. 2. If a child is going to remain absent on a particular day; the nursery should be informed in advance about it while the child is still present in the nursery. Absent without prior notice means the medical fitness for the child should be produced when the child returns back to the nursery. This helps us to keep your child and other children from catching or bringing contractible illness to the nursery. In both circumstances a Fitness report from a certified doctor must be produced to the nursery before he/she joins back to the nursery. Children without fitness Report will not be allowed to attend the nursery There will be no compromise on the above rule. 3. Medicines simple or complicated will not be monitored in the nursery.
