You can now pay bills from the comfort of your own home, workplace, or on-the-go!
HELP University has just become a JomPAY biller, so paying your fees just got better and easier.
JomPAY is a national bill payment scheme, which facilitates the payment of bills by consumers and businesses via
their financial institutions Internet Banking service.
Why you should use JomPAY?

How to make payment and when will official receipt be ready?

Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your invoices
Logon to internet banking and look for JomPAY
Enter the JomPAY Biller Code and Reference Number with payment from your Current, Savings or Credit Card
account.
Enter the reference numbers details as follows:a) Ref 1: Student ID (for example B1600088)
b) Ref 2: Student Name (as per IC)
Enter the amount and confirm.

The official receipts will be ready latest within 5 working days of your payment.
I do not have internet banking. How else can I pay and how soon will the official receipt be ready?
Alternatively, if you do not have internet banking, you can also bank-in directly into the Universitys bank account
at any branch of CIMB Bank Berhad, using the details below:

For direct bank-ins, please fax your receipts and details to 03 2092 5717 or e-mail to bursarycashier@help.edu.my
and ensure details such as Student ID and Student Name are written on the acknowledgment of the bank-in slip.
Official receipts will only be issued within 5 working days of bursary receiving the bank-in slip clearly stating the
above required information.
Can I deposit cash into the machine or pay cash at counter?
We strongly discourage you from depositing cash into the machine or withdrawing cash to pay us for security
reasons.

Is the bursary open every day in the Damansara and Subang 2 campuses?
In our Damansara campus, the Bursary is open from Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 5.30pm. On Saturdays, the
Bursary is opened from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
The above also applies to the Subang 2 campus except that on every Saturdays, the Bursary is closed to the public.
The Bursary will also be closed during lunch hour from 1.00pm to 2.00pm.
