crash.Poorregulatedstockmarketscrashedcausingariot.TheBanksfailedtakingpeoples

povertyweresobad,thatitleadtosocialandpoliticalbreakdown,andevencontributedtoa
worldwar.IThasapositiveeffectofglobalizationbecauseitshowshowinterconnectedwere
becauseassoonasoneeconomyornationcrashesorgetsintoadepressionnationsaround
feeltheeconomydroppingto.Butwerealizeitnowandtrytohelpandcontributetothenations
thatarecrashing.

TheRussianRevolutionbeganonMarch81917to1918.Itstartedbecausewomen
begantoprotestonthestreets,demandingformorefood.Therumorsofhoardedbreadthatis
keptfromthepeoplemotivatedthesewomen.Afterwards,menandchildrenjoinedthewomen
andtheirdemandsturnedtotheabdicationofthetsar,NicholasII.Bytheendoftheafternoon,
100,000peoplewereoutonthestreets.NicholasIIwasknownforhisinabilityorlackofpolitical
knowledgeandimpulsivity.Heorderedthearmytroopstoattacktheprotesters(Women,Men,
Children).Thearmyfollowedordersatfirstwhichwaskillingabiggroupofpeople.Butthe
soldierslefthimbecausetheythoughttheleaderwaswrong.Thesoliders,knownasthe
Cossacks,wentonmutinyandjoinedthepeopleafewdayslater.Thearmysoldierswerentthe
onlyoneswhowentonmutinythough,thesailors,navalsoldiers,refusedtofolloworderstoo.
Soonenough,allthesesoldierswhowereonmutinywouldarrestandsometimesevenexecute
theirgenerals.Aftermanydemandsandmanydeaths,
NicholasIIabdicatedandthepowerwas
inthehandsoftheprovisionalgovernment.Theprovisionalgovernmentwasconsistedofthe
restoftheDuma,whichistheRussianparliament.Thus,itwasmainlyconsistedoftheupper
class.TheFebruaryrevolutiondidnotexpressthemajorityofRussiasdemandsandopinions
though,sinceitwasmainlylocatedinPetrograd.(FromaWebsite).

Conclusion:

Throughoutthecourseofthe1900s,ithasaffectourworldthroughcontemporaryand
economicglobalization.Theeventsaboveeachplayapartinourpresentworldtoday.Suchas
theworldwars,becauseofthemwelearnedthatourworldisbetterinterconnectedthen
separate.Theeventsinourpasthastaughtourworldthatweneedtobeinterconnected,have
equality,havefreeandfairtrademarketeconomies,ect.Insayingthat,Contemporaryand
economicglobalizationarebothpositiveforourworldtoday.
