Troubleshooting- continued
If you have connected the bluetooth car kit to your cell phone, but do not hear anything:
Switch Speaker Mode either to the devices Internal Speaker, or Car Speaker mode.
Ensure the volume control on the car kit is sufficiently high.
Check the call volume on your cell phone.
Ensure that the earpiece is seated properly into the bluetooth car kit.
Check the signal strength indicator on your cell phone, as you may be outside the service area.
Your current location may not provide good call quality. Move to a location where radio signal
strength is greater with less interference.
Magnetized objects placed near the bluetooth car kit or near your mobile phone may terminate
the call. Keep devices away from such objects.
If the Caller ID does not show properly:
The car kit supports 12 digit Caller ID. For longer phone numbers, the Caller ID will show the latter
part of the number. Some telecom service providers do not support Caller ID, especially international calls. In this case, the Caller ID will not show on your device.
