Definition
A mutually agreed business arrangement between Property Developer and TM for
provisioning of telecommunication infrastructure and/or services in accordance to
Property Developers project schedule and timeline.

Objective

To create synergy between Property Developer and TM in creating better value proposition
to property buyer

To create a win-win-win programme to all the three parties involved
