POSITION PURPOSE
Leads and manages the risk, quality and progress of ICT projects to organisational standards,
and ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed
scope and put safety first.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
(1)
Ensure all activities are undertaken with the safety of people as the number one priority and
at all times role model safe behaviour.
(2)
Lead and manage the planning and delivery of allocated ICT projects including those that
are critical, highly complex and/or large within agreed timelines and budget and client
expectations
(3)
Coordinate/manage the work of a project team to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
(4)
Establish performance outcomes and measures for key project goals, and define
monitoring, reporting and communication requirements
(5)
Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met
(6)
Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with
existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving
delivery.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
Proven high level experience and capability in ICT project/program management with an in
depth knowledge of business process analysis and budgetary management.
High level of interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
Proven ability to mediate across multi- functional or multi discipline teams to achieve agreed
objectives.
Proven experience in managing change is a medium sized organisation.

Collaborating within and across business units to prioritise projects, minimise potential project
conflicts and deliver an effective capital program in the context of implementing critical
