LPG CYLINDER FILLING CENTER (TYPE RB):

In order to satisfy demands for medium sized LPG installations, EQUIP'FLUIDES has designed a
complete quality installation for filling Propane or Butane cylinders of International standard.
This professional cylinder filling plant is sold and delivered in containers as a "Kit" at an acceptable seaport.
It includes all the necessary equipment, drawings and instructions for the on-site construction by the
Client, with all the complex gas equipment as complete modular "Skids" prefabricated and assembled at
EQUIP'FLUIDES workshop.

The standard kit include in particular, fully equipped LPG tanks, pumping skids for the truck discharge,
cylinder filling and cylinder scales designed by our specialist Engineering team and assembled at
EQUIP'FLUIDES workshop.
Each of those skids that include ATEX boxes ready to be connected to the electrical supply cable can be
sold independently.
RB300-03 / RB300-06 :
Electronic filling scales skid for the filling of 2.5 to 50 kg cylinders with roller conveyor.
(3 posts / 6 posts version).

RB200-01 / RB200-02 :
Pumping unit for cylinders filinglectronic filling scales skid for the filling.
(Single and double pump version).

RB100 :
Loading / unloading unit with meter for LPG semitrailer.

The Standard LPG cylinder filling plant kit also include other equipment such as a cylinder filling hall, fire
water and electrical usual equipment and networks including pump and fire-water tank and diesel
generator.
All operations beyond the sea-port delivery of the containers such as custom clearance, transport to the
site, civil work, preparation and on-site construction, including the application of the necessary import,
construction and operating authorizations are the Client's responsibility.

MICRO FILLING STATION FOR LPG CYLINDERS:

EQUIP'FLUIDES offers a concentrate of technology for reliable and efficient installation.
This complete skid allows the filling of LPG cylinders with a capacity of 6, 12 kg and above.

It is composed of:
- 1 or 2 Electronic scales equipped with flexible hoses for the filling of the different types of
cylinders available on the market.
- 1 Electronic calculator with filling programs whitch allows you to program and record
different filling instructions according to the type of cylinder to fill.
- 1 simple and reliable system for monitoring the sealing of the bottle after filling.
- 1 LPG storage tank
- 1 Pumpinf unit with single-phase 220V electric motor or 380V three phases.
- 1 ATEX lighting.
The filling post can be closed after use
Additional safety devices can also be added, such as:
- Mass counting system of the product extracted from the tank (to prevent fraud).
- Lack of fluid detection system in pump inlet (Used to preserve the life of the pump).
This system is completely "plug and fill".
The end user just have to connect the system to a power supply, fill the tank, and then
cylinder filling can be started.

LPG FILLING STATION TYPE SB (Single or dual scale) :

Equip'Fluides has designed a professional LPG cylinder filing center of limited capacity easy and cheap to
purchase and operate for filling cylinders on request.
The unit is delivered in container complete ready to be assembled and operate in matter of few days in a
remote part of a Petrol station or a secured industrial site.

The unit includes a 5 ton LPG storage tank and pumping skid to be connected by a pipe and electric
cables to an enclosed electronic cylinder filling scale.

The unit operates on 220 volts via an electrical box with switches and displays that should be installed
outside the dangerous zone.
