AAMPLE is a brain child of TWO
PROFESSIONALS with varied
experience in manufacturing industry,
HR and Training & Development.
Mr. Nirmal Parekh, Director,
is a highly distinguished corporate
coach with an experience of more
than three decades in training
& learning. He has had more
than 30 years of experience in a
manufacturing industry. Currently, he
manages an electrical engineering unit
at Vadodara, Gujarat.
Apart from providing training
and development solutions
for HR development, he also
provides customized strategies
and interventions for business and
organizational development.
An excellent speaker, he presents
papers on a variety of subjects at
various national & international
conferences and summits. He is an
International Trainer certified by the
JCI Institute of Training, Florida,
USA.
Mr. Sanjay Mankad, Director,
has had an experience of more than
30 years in Trade, Industry, Training
and Pre-School Education. He is
currently running a manufacturing
unit of automobile Tyres & Tubes. His
excellence is in developing business
strategies, product marketing, and
concept marketing. He is associated
with Exim Club, Baroda Management
Association, Rotary International
and is a National Trainer certified by
JCI, India. He has conducted more
than 400 Training Workshops for
Industries, NGOs and Government
Semi Government Organizations.
