1/
MERLIN, the first warden. He looks very Nordic and Viking-like. Hes
old looking, but also looks super metal. Stood on top of a pile of skulls,
hes swinging a large battle axe at an armoured figure that is shrouded in
black shadows. Some gigantic eyes that glow yellow are visible in the
dark smoke above.
CAPTION: A warden is not the servant of a king, or even a society.

2/
A shirtless (and ridiculously jacked) Indian Warden ABDUL
AGARWAL sits meditating beneath a waterfall, a purple light glowing out
from his body.
CAPTION: They are the embodiment of magic in the world - and exist to
maintain balance.

3/
GIRI HAJIME a female, Japanese Warden that has several
monster/oni tattoos in an Ukiyo-e style, is throwing a fire ball at a kraken
on a beach front. The skies behind her are stormy and grey.
CAPTION: Sometimes, they must do what no one else would be expected
to.
4/ OUR HERO! WILLIAM WRIGHT, the star of the THE WARDEN, in full
action pose. He stands in the city of ARCHEA.
CAPTION: This is the story of one such warden. This is the story of William
the Brave.

WILL is hunched over, barfing in a dark Manchester alleyway. Its an
odd colour. The glowing, orange liquid drips down a large black and green
wheelie bin and starts to pool.
WILL / SFX: BLEUURGHH!

2/
A homeless man comes over and sits by the wall. He is in a dirty
brown jacket, has a large beard and only a few of his teeth.
HOMELESS MAN: That aint right.

3/

WILL puts his hands to the side of his head.

WILL: Yeah. Teleports. I dont like em either.

4/
THE HOMELESS MAN has gotten up. He looks stressed and is
gesturing towards the wheelie bin. The puke splatter has started to turn
everything it has touched into solid gold.
HOMELESS MAN: What are you even- teleports? What? No. No. I mean
THAT.

WILL rubs his nose.

WILL: Oh. Reconstituted magic. My lungs were full of it. Theres not
supposed to be so much of it in-between gateways Its very bad for you.

2/

THE HOMELESS MAN looks relieved.

HOMELESS MAN: Oh. Magic. Okay.

3/

WILL looks serious.

WILL: Wait. Why arent you worried about the existence of magic?
HOMELESS MAN: Honestly just glad Im probably not a crazy person.

4/

WILL sighs with relief and stretches out his arms.

HOMELESS MAN: I just have one more question.

5/
gun.

THE HOMELESS MAN does a cheeky smile and points with a finger

HOMELESS MAN: You gonna tell anyone if I take the solid gold wheelie bin?

WILL stuffs his hands in his pockets and walks away with a cocky smirk. In
the background we can see THE HOMELESS MAN excitedly pushing the
solid gold wheelie bin down the street.
The night sky above the tops of the buildings is a deep purple.
