LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY:
Artculo 1.- Ratifcase en todos sus trminos el Plan de Manejo del rea Natural
Protegida Punta Tombo, el cual fuera aprobado como Anexo del Decreto N 1.178/07, de
fecha 21 de setiembre de 2.007.
Artculo 2.- LEY GENERAL. Comuniqese al Poder Ejecutivo.

VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:
El Proyecto de Ley por el cual se ratifica en todos sus trminos el Plan de Manejo del
rea Natural Protegida Punta Tombo, el cual fuera aprobado como anexo del Decreto N
1.178/07, de fecha 21 de setiembre de 2.007, sancionado por la Honorable Legislatura de
la Provincia del Chubut el da 13 de noviembre de 2.007 y la facultad que otorga al Poder
Ejecutivo el artculo 140 de la Constitucin Provincial;

Tngase por Ley de la Provincia la nmero: 5676
