in planning and programming

Through working in temporary classroom teacher positions, I have gained experience in planning and
programming. As previously detailed in my response to the knowledge criteria, examples of my
experience include:

Creating an integrated unit of work on Celebrations for stage 1
Planning an integrated unit of work on Space for stage 2
Planning an an integrated unit of work on Financial Literacy for stage 3
Planning an an integrated unit of work on Parliament for stage 3
Developing and implementing a comprehensive literacy program for stage 3
Planning multiple novel-based units of work across stage 2 and 3

Experience in teaching NSW Years 1 and 2
Since graduating in 2013, I have had consistent work as a casual relief teacher and temporary
classroom teacher across all stages, including stage 1. Examples of my experience in teaching in
NSW Years 1 and 2 classrooms include:

Temporary teaching position for 1 day a week in the Seahorses at Byron Community Primary
School for terms 1, 3 and 4 in 2014.
Regular casual relief teaching days in the Seahorses at Byron Community Primary School in 2014.
Regular casual relief teaching days at Byron Bay Public School in Year 1 and 2 classes.
Temporary teaching position as a technology teacher for Byron Bay Public School for 1 month in
2015 which involved teaching years 1 and 2.
