Remark
Note:
1. Fuel gas demand above already consider switchover scenario with 4.5 compressor train running (standby compressor is
running at 50% load), except for start-up case.
2. Total fuel gas gas demand above already includes 10% design margin and will be used for equipment sizing.
3. Start up case consist of 1 GTC and LP Fuel Gas for flare.
4. During Backup Case, fuel and seal gas supply is supplied from sales gas and to be bypassed from Fuel/Seal Gas Filter Coalescer
(60NAD-301A/B).
5. Highest gas demand is considered based on max. turbine power of 16193 hp and lowest LHV during normal operation.

Notes: 1. GTC horse power and heat rate is taken from vendor datasheet in Attachment 5 which still exclude 2% of gearbox losses
2. 10% design margin is applied to GTC Fuel Gas demand as stated by GTC vendor (see attachment 5)
3. Number of train running is included switchover scenario in which the backup compressor will run at 50% load
4. Purge Gas consumption is calculated by FLARENET with backpressure of 2 psig (Attachment 6). This value to be revalidated during EPCI stage.
5. Pilot Gas demand is referred to vendor qoutation by NAO (Attachment 6). This value to be revalidated during EPCI stage.
6. GTG Fuel Gas demand is taken from maximum flowrate to existing GTG as per PFD (attachment 8) which is higher than data provided from GTG
vendor. This value to be revalidated during EPCI stage.

Remark
Note 1
Note:
1. Since no liquid is produced in all cases, for sizing purpose liquid amount is determined by using
assumption of 0.1 gal/MMscf. The nominal flowrate is taken based on highest fuel gas demand.
2. Liquid flowrate is taken from HYSYS snapshot in Attachment 1.
