    The Guardian newspaper, UK, ran an article in February 1998 :

    'Lenny Bruce died so stand-ups wouldn't have to swear.'

    Dylan did his paean to Lenny Bruce in 1981 soon after Lennon had died. Bruce's spirit is livin' on
    and on in Bob Dylan and Sarah Silverman, sort of – if you follow the self mythologization through.
    She's magic; Dylan wrote 'Jokerman'. You'd have to be a zombie not to get that. But it would seem
    most Dylanologists are.

    'We are Yiddiots, babe ... '
