Meaning:
GPRS/EDGE territory size in the normal area of BTS is below the limit specified by the BTS
specific radio network parameter 'default GPRS capacity (CDEF)' and/or the number
of connected GPRS/EDGE channels (EGTCH) in the extended area of the BTS is smaller than
the number of EGTCHs that you have configured.
The BSC has not been able to addmore radio channels to the territory within the informing
delay of this alarm (180 seconds). The BSC's ability to transfer GPRS/EDGE traffic
in the BTS has been reduced or totally revented.

Meaning:
The system has detected that the incoming synchronization signal is defective or missing.
The fault does not affect the traffic capacity of the network element. In case the
synchronization signal is not the one according to which the system is currently
synchronizing, the fault does not affect the synchronization in any way. In case the
synchronization signal is the one that the system is currently using, the system will
automatically choose the next suitable incoming synchronization signal. In case all the
incoming synchronization signals are faulty, the system will synchronize itself according to
the signal generated by the oscillator of its own clock unit.

An emergency call related location request has failed in a case where the stand-alone
serving mobile location centre (S/A SMLC) and Lb interface are used for acquiring a
location estimation. The interface between the BSC and S/A SMLC does not function
correctly and location requests cannot be handled in the S/A SMLC. Emergency location
requests cannot be handled in the BSC's Lb interface. This problem may lead to a situation
where location requests are lost. The alarm is active until the emergency call related
location request can be handled successfully in the Lb interface.
