Simple footwork
Mainly focuses on shifting weight from one foot to another

Danced to music written in 4/4 time and played
Tempo of 28-34 measures per minute

Steps
Five steps are taken to four beats of music
2 slow steps,
2 quick steps,
followed by one slow step.
