Walk to School Day Tuesday

We will meet at Mesa Middle School in the parking lot closest
to the football field (near the main building) at 7:30 am.
We will begin the walk to Monte Vista together at 7:45 am.
We will arrive at 8:00 and celebrate as a pack!
Wear your Monte Vista t-shirt and Walk Like a Wolf!

Important Information:
1. Monday is our pizza party and yogurt parfait day.
2. Students will be bringing home their notebooks and extra or
unused supplies.
3. Tuesday, May 24th is our last day. Report cards will go home, and
dismissal is at 11:00. There is no afterschool program.
4. Please do not bring backpacks on Tuesday.
5. Students selected for K-3+ received letters last Friday. Program
dates and supply information was included.

Thank you for allowing me the privilege of working

with your child during their First Grade year at
Monte Vista Elementary.
We were a real community, and each student has a
special place in my heart!
I am sending home summer reading information inside your
childs report card. I am also sending home a summer practice
work packet to help prepare them for Second Grade.
