consider forcing them to look in their book - on particular pages: place your
thumb where it says, Architecture in Rome, now reread this paragraph
trying new strategies will throw them off - that is a good thing! Variety adds
excitement
try not to let the kids talk over you - you have important things to say and
they respeect you so you may need to remind them of this
