Introduction
Aeronautical Engineering is an enigmatic career made for

someone with the logic and math levels required to achieve the
impossible. To be able to take apart the world and figure out its
secrets, I need to work relentlessly, and for it to become a career,
Engineering is my challenge.

A Key Historical Figure

Engineering evolved from humanity distancing itself from

religion. It is a profession bound to the realm of anti-theism

where in the old ages gods and demons commanded respect.
A famous example is Leonardo da Vinci and his flying
machines. He is one of the first recognized Aeronautical
Engineers, and tried to embrace Icarus legend. Mysteries of
him exist because the world denied his discoveries.
He is one of the first recognized Aeronautical Engineers,
although interest in flying dates even farther back from the
story of Icarus.

The Varying Income Between

Them

The [average] engineer pulls in an income with a range usually between $61,570-

$72,880 which is a base level pay for entry into the field.
Most engineers spend the same amount of money you and I would for normal
everyday endeavors. 80k a month on average, single, 20-30 year-old, homeowner
expenses
This income grows greatly with the years of experience gained. Professionals are
paid colossal sums because they resort to self funding on their projects and
experiments, requiring greater compensation.
Between 200,000 to 500,000 depending on the success of projects completed and
income generated from royalties from inventions.

How They Are Hired

Engineers are recommended to hold various degrees in many forms of science

entering the field. The requirements for obtaining these degrees are as complicated
and diverse as a Rube Goldberg machine.
Masters, Bachelors, Doctorates, and the like in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics,
Biology, Computer Science, Chemical Applications, Nuclear Physics and Astrophysics.
Adding to this, Aeronautical Engineers rely on a complex selection process to be
assigned jobs. They have to be evaluated academically, socially, mentally, and
sometimes physically allowed to work freely.
My engineering uncle explained:
When you know that what you have in your tool belt might save someone elses
life some day, you be sure to come well prepared.

Their Goals and Advancements

The beginning years of an Aeronautical Engineers career involve refining their talent.

The main goal is to advance their skills far enough to obtain higher level jobs and a
higher income to fund their own work.
Once they reach independence research and experiments are fully controlled by the
engineer, allowing them to experiment on untested or hypothetical theories to achieve
new discoveries.
Being able to understand untestable theories, and applying known science to far away
unknown forces is scraping the surface of the job of engineers.

Conclusion
From creating rocket ships that fly beyond our known realm to enabling life to

survive on a hostile barren wasteland, aeronautical engineers are creating a

world beyond our own.
We have hope that if earth ever becomes dangerous, we have another home to
fall back to. That safety, that hope, those dreams that youths have to go where
no man has before, making these fantasies a reality is what makes Aeronautical
Engineering great.
