SOHAWA DEATH COMMITTEE

3000 IS STANDARD TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR EACH DEATH.


The following Rules & Regulations were discussed at the Annual Members
Meeting, on Sunday 15 May 2016:1. NO Foreign visitors are to be made as new members, unless they have been granted
Indefinite Stay to live in the UK.
2. NO Serious/Terminally ill or hospitalised person to be made as a new Member.
3. NO person aged 65 or above to be made as a new member. Proof of Age may be
required in some cases for new Membership.
4. NEW Membership Fee is 150. Unless your Parents are current Members, then your
membership fee is the Annual Fee for that year (Set at 30 for 2016).
5. ALL Males who turn 18 years old, will no longer be included in their Parents Death
Committee. Therefore, required to pay a separate Annual Membership Fee.
6. ALL Daughters are included under their parents Death Committee, until they are
Married.
7. ALL children under the age of 1, if Unfortunately die, ONLY 1000, will be paid to their
parents.
8. ALL Still Born Babies Burial Costs and Fees will ONLY be Paid. Direct payments will
only be made to the Funeral Service Company. On receipt of Genuine Invoice or Bill.
( ALL paid invoices & Bills will be kept by Death Committee).
9. ALL Babies (including Still Births) and Children, under the age of 1, who unfortunately
die abroad i.e. Pakistan. ONLY 1000 will be paid to the Parent who is a Permanent UK
Resident.
10. ALL Divorced Partners will be required to Pay Separate Membership Fees. ALL Children
living with or are fathers responsibility will be covered under Fathers Death
Committee and those living with or are Mothers responsibility, will be covered under
Mothers Death Committee.
11. ALL Annual Membership Fees MUST be paid by 1 JUNE of every Year. FAILURE to PAY
by 1 JUNE, will result in your Membership to be CANCELLED. 150 New Membership Fee
will then have to be Paid for Re-Membership.
12. ONLY for 2016, due to LOW Balance remaining in Death Committee Bank Account, IF
any death is to Occur after 1 June 2016, then a further 30 fee will Have to be paid by
ALL Members. So sufficient Funds available to cover any further Deaths in the
remainder of 2016. This RULE maybe applied in following Years In Order to Protect
Death Committee Account Balance.
13. ALL EXTRA Demanded 30 Fees MUST be paid within 30 Days of Demanding Date.
Failure to Pay within 30 Days, will result in Membership to be Cancelled. 150 New
Membership Fee will then HAVE to be Paid for Re-Membership.
